Secretary General
Ms. Ediola Pashollari is of Albanian nationality and holds a Masters in Business Administration (UK), a Masters of Arts in Political Science (UK), a Masters in Entreprenology (USA) and a Bachelors Degree in LLB (UK). She is presently the Secretary General of the World Assembly of Youth (WAY) which is headquartered in Melaka, Malaysia. She is responsible for the administration and running of the Secretariat and Headquarters. She initiates and coordinates regional and international youth related activities, and also consults on youth strategies and policies at different levels. She also coordinates humanitarian and relief programmes around the world, and delivers educational and advocacy papers, speeches, and presentation on youth related isues. She is the main representative of WAY at the United Nations, intergovernmental platforms, non-governmental organisations, and ministries responsible for youth.

Programme Officer
Ms. Soekmawati is of Indonesian nationality and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Accounting). She is presently the Programme Officer at the World Assembly of Youth (WAY). The programme department at WAY engages in the coordination of day-to-day secretariat functions and administration. Beyond that, the programme coordinator works in liaison with the other departments, in preparation, directing events and activities organised by the WAY Secretariat and member organisations. She is responsible for recruiting programme participants, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers. She also guides the development and recommendation of new programmes, goals and initiatives at WAY.

Research Officer
Ms. Dorothy Chipfunde is of Zimbabwean nationality and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance (Hons). Presently, she is currently the Research Officer at the World Assembly of Youth (WAY). Through her capacity, she is responsible for conducting research and produces publication necessary for WAY. She also conducts research on areas of youth issues, youth programmes, and activities, news related to youth, youth strategies, and policies, members and other contacts database. She is in charge of compiling publication on youth matters, such as: news, bulletins, policies, press releases, and updates youth issues flyers. She is also in responsible in updating and maintaining the social media of WAY.

ICT Officer
Mr. Yassir Abdelhalim Ahmed is of a Sudanese nationality and holds a Master of Computer Science in Software Engineering and Intelligence and a Bachelors Degree in Bioinformatics (Hons). He is currently the ICT Officer at the World Assembly of Youth (WAY). In his capacity, he oversees the internal ICT upkeep of the organisation and also manages and monitors the development of external operations of the organisation, namely the online interactions between WAY secretariat and member organisations. He is also in charge of designing any artwork required by WAY and provides technical support during programmes and events organised by the WAY Secretariat.
