Warm greetings from the World Assembly of Youth headquarters in Melaka, Malaysia!

We are pleased to inform you that the 2017 Altemus Leadership Programme (ALP) is now open for application.

The 2017 Altemus Leadership Programme (ALP) is a foundational 2-week programme with a theme, ‘Leading from Within’.  This training programme offers young people a unique opportunity to develop fundamental self-leadership skills and competencies, receive one-on-one feedback and coaching, network with peers and mentors from around the world as well as contribute in a community service experience. It is comprised of a 7-days residential training, 1 day of community service and 5 days of trekking adventure. Following are all topics covered during the whole course of ALP:

·Self-Awareness and Self-Understanding

·Visioning Skill

·Goal-Setting

·Action Planning

·Stress Management
